Tella Lantta, PhD, RN

Associate Professor (tenure track) in Mental Health Nursing Science at the University of Turku, Finland. She is a registered nurse with clinical experience in mental health inpatient care. Her research focuses on implementation science in mental health services, particularly on prevention coercion and improving violence risk assessment and management in clinical practice. She has been actively involved in European collaboration on coercion prevention, including serving as Scientific Communication Manager for the COST Action FOSTREN and leading the CORRECT network (Nordic Network of Promoting Coercion Prevention Competencies).
