Tella Lantta – Senior Researcher and Adjunct Professor at the Department of Nursing Science, University of Turku, Finland. She is a registered nurse with work experience in different mental health hospital settings. Her research focuses on mental health care. She is especially interested in implementation science, reducing coercion in care, and violence risk assessment and management. Tella is currently Scientific Communication Manager for COST Action FOSTREN (Fostering and Strengthening Approaches to Reducing Coercion in European Mental Health Services). Tella’s key role on the EViPRG board is regarding coordination and planning of membership meetings.
