What is ECVCP?
ECVCP stands for European Congress on Violence in Clinical Psychiatry. It is a biannual scientific congress arranged by Evipro Company in collaboration with the European Violence in Psychiatry Research Group (EViPRG) and the European Network for Training in the Management of Aggression (ENTMA).
At ECVCP, we are dedicated to presenting clinically relevant and immediately applicable interdisciplinary scientific and practical knowledge. This knowledge is focused on preventing violence, aggression, and coercion, reducing their incidence and impact, managing their consequences, and understanding how and why they occur.
The Congress’ purpose is to present the best available evidence that will be of use to anyone interested in the subject, be they clinicians, researchers, educators, policymakers, or mental health service users and carers. This evidence is presented and discussed through keynote speeches, oral and poster presentations, and workshops, and it continues during lively and relaxed social programs.
